The staff was super friendly. the location in a nice area was marvelous. - There were supermarkets and shops nearby. - Everything was perfect and within a 20-minute drive of Hamburg airport.

the place provides great prices. the property is fine, it has really helpful and exceptionally friendly staff especially at check-out. the units were very nicely furnished and functional on higher floors.
Poor breakfast, it should be far better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room at Sylc. The decor was sleek and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily attend a conference at a nearby church. Despite the minor inconvenience of no soap in the bathroom, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, the quality of the food made it worth it. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money.
